PROCEDURE

  1. You have 14 days to return the purchased products.
  2. Send back the purchased product in undamaged condition and in the original packaging with all its contents. Also enclose a proof of purchase (receipt or VAT invoice) with the parcel.
  3. Enclose with the parcel a written statement in which you indicate your wish to return the product and the reason for the return, as well as the account number to which the money will be transferred.   4. Within 3 working days of receipt of your parcel, we will check the condition of the returned product (that it has no signs of use, has not been damaged or destroyed, and is in the original packaging with all its contents). If the product has signs of use, is damaged or has other signs of use, the return will not be accepted.
  5. If we do not note any counter-indications, a refund will be made to the enclosed account number within 14 days of checking the returned goods. If your return of the product is rejected (due to damage to the product or signs of use), we will inform you by e-mail to the address provided that we do not accept the return of the product.
  6. You send the returned goods at your own expense. We do not accept cash on delivery returns.
