It can be difficult for many to overcome the sequence of ball slings with the correct grip and swing. The ball is made of high-quality composite, with an eyelet sling that allows easy attachment with a tape, chain or carabiner.

The outer structure is very rough like sandpaper, similar to climbing stones. This property gives extraordinary grip and a secure grip, even when wet. Perfect for beginner training.
