With the L grip you need to use your fingers. It’ requires a lot of strength.
2.0 version is formed with flat surface so the level of difficulty is very high.
One-hand use is for experienced athletes.

The L grip is made of high-quality composite, with an steel hook with an eyelet that allows easy attachment with a tape, chain or carabiner. The outer structure is rough, similar to climbing stones. This property gives good and a firm grip, even when wet.
Our gripping difficulty scale in 2 categories
A: FORM / SHAPE from 1 (easy), 2 (difficult), 3 (very difficult), 4 (ultra difficult)
B: COAT from 1 (super sticky), 2 (medium), 3 (little), 4 (slippery)
