The ceiling bar is a universal system for fixing grips (e.g. balls, lines, rings, rod) to the ceiling in your apartment. A professionally made element made of steel allows easy assembly using concrete screws and dowels. Can be installed in any room – at home, in a training box or garage. The applied system of hooks / eyelets arrangement allows for free arrangement of grips every 10 cm over a distance of 120 cm. Connecting the slats allows you to create an unlimited long training path or to make a square on the ceiling, allowing you to walk around the path.
Suspended grips are currently the basis of training for OCR obstacles such as Spartan Race or Ninja formulas. The aesthetically made bar fits perfectly into the home training zone, it gives many configuration options in a quick and easy way.
The lath is made of strong 3 mm sheet metal, powder coated in black (or another color on individual request). The set includes plugs for fixing holes and 5 eyelets for hanging the handles and a set of branded Fisher Duopower pins for attaching the rail to the ceiling.
