Regulations of the Christmas Promo 2022
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTIONAL ACTION
These regulations specify the terms of the promotion, Christmas Promo, carried out in the store
the website https://toroz.eu
§ 1. Who is the Promoter of the Promotion?
The organizer of the promotion is Toroz Sp. z o.o. with headquarters at ul. Kartuska 234D, 80-
122 Gdańsk, NIP 584-275-53-16.
§ 2. Promotion Rules
1. During the promotion period, the Organizer allows customers to receive a free ‘grip’ for purchases in which the customer purchases a minimum of 3 pieces of grips.
2. The free ‘grip’ is the ULTRA GRIP BALL 7 cm.
4. Gree grip is not exchangeable for another.
3. Free grip will be added to the shipment for every three grips purchased.
4. The promo does not aply to orders using winning vouchers.
§3. What is the duration of the Promotion?
The promotion is valid on: 1.12-31.12.2022
§4. Final Provisions.
The content of these Regulations is available for viewing in the online store. IN
in justified cases, the Organizer reserves the right to change
of these Regulations or to change the term of this Promotion,
without reducing the rights acquired by customers before the date of the change. Down
all matters not regulated in these Regulations will have
application of generally applicable law.
The Organizer communicates with the Participants by phone, e-mail and in writing –
if the Customer who is a Consumer provides data
enabling such contact.
